Delete Your Account

For the Drone Wheel app by Wheelverse Audio

You can delete your Drone Wheel account and its associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Drone Wheel and open the menu (☰).
2. Tap your account name to open the account panel.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@wheelverseaudio.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account

• Individual recordings and custom sounds can be deleted in the app at any time — removing one also removes its cloud backup copy.
• You can also email support@wheelverseaudio.com to request deletion of specific data (for example, all cloud backups) while keeping your account. We complete such requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address and sign-in identity, including Apple/Google sign-in links).
• Your cloud backups: custom sounds, presets, and recordings stored with your account.
• Subscription entitlement records held by us. (Your billing history with Apple or Google is managed by them — cancel any active subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.)

What is kept

• Anonymous crash and performance diagnostics that are not linked to your account.
• Records we are legally required to retain (e.g., transaction records held by the payment platforms), for the period required by law.

Data stored only on your device (local sounds and recordings) is removed when you uninstall the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details on the data we collect.
