Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Drone Wheel ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Drone Wheel app (the "App"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the App, and we do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider, never in plain text). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and, where provided, your name.
• Subscription & purchase information. If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed by Apple — we never receive your card or payment details. We and our subscription provider receive your subscription status and purchase history and a device identifier used to validate purchases and restore them across your devices.
• Technical information. Our service providers automatically process limited technical data such as a device identifier, app version, and IP address in order to provide authentication and subscription services and to keep them secure.
• Content you create. Your sounds, presets, slot layouts, beat setups, recordings, and settings are stored on your device. While you are signed in, this content is also backed up to your private account storage so it can sync across your devices. It is associated with your account, is accessible only to you, and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
• To back up the content you create and sync it across your devices.
• To provide, validate, and restore subscriptions and unlock Pro features.
• To keep the App secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To respond to your support requests.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use the following service providers, who process data only on our behalf to deliver the App:

• Supabase — account authentication and data storage. Privacy policy
• RevenueCat — subscription management. Privacy policy
• Apple — payment processing and Sign in with Apple. Privacy policy
• Google — Sign in with Google (only if you use it). Privacy policy

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Account menu → Delete account). Deleting your account permanently removes your account, associated authentication data, and any content backed up to your account storage from our systems. Locally stored content is removed when you delete the App from your device.

Security

We rely on reputable providers that use industry-standard safeguards (including encryption in transit) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit what we collect.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account in-app, or contact us to exercise these rights.

International users

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App you consent to this transfer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through the App.
